Doc-Pad by NeoGraft Technologies
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NeoGraft Technologies / NeoGraft Hair Clinic ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in Doc-Pad, an Android app for authorised clinic administrators, doctors, pharmacy teams and laboratory teams. Doc-Pad is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is designed as a local-first clinic record and workflow tool.
Information the app may handle
Depending on how your clinic uses Doc-Pad, the app may handle:
- Patient names and contact details, date of birth or age, visit information, diagnoses or advice recorded by authorised users, prescriptions and medicines.
- Blood pressure and other health measurements, blood-test requests and results.
- Report images and files captured or selected through the camera, photos or device file picker.
- Usernames and passwords used for app accounts, and, if you choose Google sign-in or related account features, your Google account email.
- Clinic and workflow information needed to manage authorised roles, records and tasks.
How storage and sharing work
Doc-Pad stores information on the device by default. A clinic administrator may optionally use Google Drive backup and restore through the drive.file scope. This optional feature is controlled by the clinic and the account that authorises it.
Users may also choose to share information through email, WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. Those services receive the content that the user intentionally shares and process it under their own privacy policies. Google and other sharing providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their services.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the clinic's record and workflow functions, support authorised care-team operations, maintain user access and enable optional backup or sharing chosen by users. We do not use ads in Doc-Pad and we do not sell patient data.
Access and security
Doc-Pad supports role-based access for authorised clinic users. Clinics and their administrators are responsible for assigning roles, protecting devices and credentials, and setting appropriate retention practices. No app can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep devices and accounts protected and avoid sharing credentials.
Retention and deletion
Retention is controlled by the clinic, subject to applicable legal, professional and operational requirements. You may request deletion of an account or data by following the instructions on our Account and data deletion page. Local device data, Google Drive backups and copies already shared through third-party services may need to be removed separately.
Medical use
Doc-Pad is a record and workflow tool only. It is not a replacement for medical judgement, diagnosis, treatment, professional care or emergency services. See our Medical Disclaimer.
